By using unfollowig.app (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

The service shows who doesn't follow you back and who unfollowed you, based on your official Instagram data export, and sells growth services (followers, likes, views, reach). The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.

2. Follower analysis

Analysis is free and provided “as is”. Results depend on the data in your Instagram export and may be inaccurate (for example, if an account changed its username or was deleted or deactivated). Any actions you take in Instagram, such as unfollowing, are your own decision and responsibility.

3. Growth orders

  • Prices are in US dollars. Payment is in cryptocurrency via OxaPay. Orders start after payment is confirmed.
  • The account must stay public until the order is complete. If it is made private, renamed or deleted, part of the order may not be delivered, and this is not our fault.
  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on the service and current load.
  • You confirm you're ordering for an account or post you have the right to manage.

4. Guarantee and refunds

  • Followers come with a 30-day guarantee: if some unfollow, we automatically refill the drop.
  • If part of an order isn't delivered, we refund the undelivered amount. Email support@unfollowig.app with your order number.
  • Delivered quantities are not refundable.

5. Risks

Instagram may remove followers and engagement, limit reach or take other action on accounts under its own rules. We can't control this and aren't responsible for Instagram's actions. You decide whether using growth services fits Instagram's rules.

6. Prohibited use

Don't use the service for illegal purposes or for other people's accounts without permission, and don't try to hack it, bypass payment or flood it with automated requests.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
