Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data unfollowig.app (“the service”, “we”) processes and how. In short: follower analysis runs entirely in your browser, and for growth orders we keep only what's needed to fulfil them.

1. Follower analysis

The Instagram data export you load is processed in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers. We never ask for or store your Instagram password and never log into your account.

Analysis results (follower snapshots, marks, settings) are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. Delete them with the “Delete all data” button at the bottom of the home page or by clearing site data in your browser.

2. Growth orders

When you place an order on the Boost page, we receive and store:

• the Instagram username and/or post link you entered;
• the chosen service, quantity, amount and order status;
• your email, if you provided it (optional) — used only to contact you about the order.

We use this data to fulfil the order, verify payment, refill or refund, and answer support requests. To fulfil the order, the username or post link is passed to our growth service supplier. Your email and payment details are not shared with them.

Payments are processed by OxaPay (cryptocurrency). Wallet and payment data are handled by OxaPay under its own terms; we only receive the payment status and amount.

3. Account and sync (optional)

An account exists only if you sign in with an email link yourself. Then we store:

• your email address, to send sign-in links and show orders placed with that email;
• a sign-in session (a random identifier in a cookie, valid for up to 180 days);
• an encrypted copy of your snapshots, marks and profile photos, if you turn on sync.

The copy is encrypted in your browser with a sync passphrase only you know. We never receive the passphrase and cannot decrypt the copy, so we also can't recover it if you forget it. You can delete the account and the copy on the Account page at any time.

Sign-in emails are sent through our hosting provider's mail server.

4. Technical data

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, request time, browser) for security and operation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.

We use no advertising trackers and do not sell data. No tracking cookies are set (only a session cookie if you sign in); local storage is used only for theme, language and your analysis results.

5. Retention

Order data is kept as long as needed for fulfilment, the 30-day guarantee, refunds and bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete your order data earlier once the order is complete.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. The account itself can be deleted instantly on the Account page. Email support@unfollowig.app with your order number or username.

7. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16. You must be 18 or older to place paid orders.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest revision is shown below. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
