FAQ
Will they know I watched their story?
No. Stories are loaded without a “seen” mark, so neither your username nor ours shows up among viewers.
Do I need an Instagram account or password?
No. Just type the username of a public profile.
Can I view private profiles?
No. Services that promise private profiles are scams or ask for access to someone else’s account. We don’t do that.
Is it free?
Yes, viewing and downloading are free. There’s an hourly request limit to keep bots out.
Why did a story disappear?
Stories last 24 hours. If the owner saved it to highlights, look in the Highlights tab.
Terms of this section. The Stories section works separately from follower analysis. To show a profile, our server requests public data through a third-party data provider. Your export analysis still happens only in your browser. We only show public profiles and only what their owners published for everyone. We don’t store the photos and videos: answers are cached for about 10 minutes and then deleted. We don’t record which profiles you view or link it to you. To stop bots we keep an anonymous request counter (a hash of your IP address) for up to a day. Downloaded content belongs to its authors. Use it for personal viewing only: don’t republish other people’s content without permission. Don’t use this section to stalk, harass or bully anyone. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. The section may break for a while when Instagram changes something.
